James asks…Stack weight vs. bow resistance home gyms...?I'm looking at stacked weight and bow resistance home gyms and would like opinions on them. What do you all own or prefer to use?
I didn't do well with free weights because of the need to reposition the weights frequently. I feel that rearranging the cords and pulleys is going to lead to a similar issue with the bow resistance systems.
